Danish pop group Alphabeat are a band who like to duet with each other. With six members in the band, there's plenty of talent to go around, and some of our favourite boy/girl duets of the past couple of years like 'Fascination' and 'Boyfriend' have come straight from their towers of brimming pop talent. As the only girl in the band, Stine normally takes the lead on vocals, but male vocalist Ander is always there to join in. Back on the road after taking some time out to write their second album, we caught up with our two favourite Danes as they prepare to release brand new single 'The Spell'.

Stine: It's got to be Aretha Franklin & George Michael - 'I Knew You Were Waiting'. It just seems like they met up one day and recorded it, yet it sounds so intimate. It feels real, like nothing was planned.

Ander: This one doesn't exist but I like to imagine Dolly Parton singing 'I Will Always Love You' with Barry White. It's such a great song and Barry's voice on it would have made it even better.

We had a chat about who might be realistic and came up with Kelly Rowland. We love her and her new 90s dance style with David Guetta has made our summer. Maybe if we go to America one day, we can hook up!
