As half of Supergrass, Gaz Coombes and Danny Goffey scored a Number One with their debut album 'I Should Coco' as well as an all time classic in the form of Ivor Novello award winning single 'Alright'. Since those heady days the band have released critically acclaimed albums like 'In It For The Money' and 'Road To Rouen,' and have won a number of BRIT awards, including two for their trailblazing video work. They have also long been supporters of Nordoff-Robbins, winning the Silver Clef newcomers award in 1996.

Now in their new guise of The Hot Rats, Gaz and Danny (along with Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich) have produced an album paying homage to their favourite bands of the last 40 years, including covers of songs by The Velvet Underground and The Sex Pistols.

With the band in the mood to raise their glass to legendary rockers, it will be interesting to see what surprises they have in store for Rockwell.
