What began in 2001 as just a bunch of mates, answering an ad to be the resident covers band at a French ski resort, ended with the creation of pop gold.

The Feeling's blend of classic rocks riffs and honeyed harmonies made their debut album 'Twelve Stops And Home' one of 2006 most cherished albums, thanks in no small part to singer Dan Gillespie Sells melodic vocal style. As well as three top ten hits (including 'Never Be Lonely' and 'Love It When You Call'), it scored a BRIT nomination. The follow up (2008's 'Join With Us') topped the charts.

Dan is also a multi-talented force of nature in his own right. As well as writing songs for Sophie Ellis Bextor, he's composed the theme tune for acclaimed BBC comedy 'Beautiful People,' found time to design a clothes range for M&S and in 2007 won the Silver Clef Heart Award for his involvement with Nordoff-Robbins.
